My saints have been under great pressure. Pressure which I have allowed. Pressure by it’s very nature must be released or destruction will come to the vessel holding that pressure. All those who have held together under the pressure will be released. Those who have not held together or who have released their own pressure will not be used in this next move of Mine.

All saints from ages past have waited and longed for this final move of Mine. Those who have walked out this journey with Me know who they are and they will walk in My Glory in the days to come. This Glory cannot be taken from them nor can another be given it. I have sealed those to hold it. It will be envied but those who carry it have earned the right through trial by fire. All others will be subject to that Glory.

I would like to continue in the Sabbath and its promises for us. The safety and protection it will bring to us His people.

I love it how the Lord clearly keeps saying it is a sign between Me and you (twice) in
Ezekiel 20:12, ‘Moreover I also gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between them and Me , that they may know that I am the Lord  who sanctifies them.’

Exodus 31:13, 31:17- In these scriptures the Lord speaks about the Sabbath being a sign between Me and you again, (twice) in the same verse. God is really trying to make this clear heh. Yet I love the part that He speaks about it being throughout the generations, that you may know that I am the Lord God who sanctifies you. You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you. (Holy meaning- morally and spiritually excellent or perfect, and to be revered; belonging to or devoted to God. consecrated, sacred.)  (Sanctified – meaning consecrate; treat as holy; free from sin; justify.)

So to me His promise to us is that we will be continually sanctified, made holy and refreshed in the Sabbath. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to miss out on His promises. We need all the help we can get. This is a conditional word to us as His people to be obedient, faithful (not rebellious) - being sanctified and refreshed in His presence.  This is a sign between us and God that we follow Him. This is about God’s authority. When I spoke last time re holy days or holidays this is about the catholic church changing the holy Sabbath day of God almighty Himself from Saturday to Sunday. Ultimately, this is about Gods authority verses mans. This is why coming into the Sabbath is so crucial as it will separate the sacred and the secular. “It will be a sign between them and Me, that they may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies them”. It is also about standing for righteousness.

We must come and receive and believe Him. If we don’t it then goes on to say in Exodus 31: 12-18, ‘Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death: for who ever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people.’ (profane means- irreverent, blasphemous, not sacred or biblical; secular; treat (especially a sacred thing) irreverently or with disrespect)-  Of coarse that is not literal – But it is and would be a spiritual death not being able to hear His voice and to know His ways. Being deceived, and not being able to hear Him. Ahh what could be worse than that!

It also says that to observe the Sabbath as a perpetual covenant. (Perpetual meaning- lasting forever or indefinitely; continuous; uninterrupted.) It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever: for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.

Isaiah 58:13, “If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on My holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy day of the Lord honorable, and shall honor Him, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words, then you shall delight yourself in the Lord; And I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father. The mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

So here is one of the promises the Lord has for us that He will cause us to ride on the high hills of the earth. What will that look like I ask myself? It sounds too good to miss to me.

In Exodus 20:8   10th Commandment.

In Deuteronomy 26:16-19, It says you shall be careful to observe them with all your heart and with all your soul. Then the blessings come that He will set us high above all nations which He has made, in praise, in name, and in honor, and that you may be a holy people to the Lord your God, just as He has spoken.  More blessings on obedience in Duet 28:1-14. Then the opposite comes as it continues on in curses on disobedience. Ahh  I sure know which one I am choosing!

I would like to end in this, Hebrews 3 and 4 says it all but especially this part;

BE FAITHFUL

Hebrews 3:7-15

“Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says;
Today, if you will hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion,
In the day of trial in the wilderness,
Where your fathers tested Me, and tried Me,
And saw My works forty years.
Therefore I was angry with that generation,
And said, ‘They always go astray in their heart,
And they have not known My ways’
So I swore in My wrath,
‘They shall not enter My rest’.

Beware, brethren, lest their be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; but exhort one another daily, while it is called  “Today”, lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end, while it is said:

‘Today, if you will hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts as in rebellion”.

Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said:

“So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest.’”

Although the works were finished from the foundations of the world. For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “ And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”, and again in this place: “They shall not enter My rest.”
Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience, again He designates a certain day, saying in David, “Today,” after such a long time, as it has been said:

“Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts.”

For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.

Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience. For the word of God is living and powerful, and shaper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and the intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the son of God, let us hold fast to our confession.
For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Gods love for us is such an amazing thing.
No eye has seen or ear has heard what God has in store and prepared for those who love Him.
If we love Him we will obey Him……………..

Revelation 2:26-29, ‘He who overcomes, and he who keeps my works to the end, to him I will give authority over the nations. He will rule them with a rod of iron, shattering them like clay pots; as I also have received of my Father: and I will give him the morning star. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.’

Leviticus 10: 10, ‘and that you are to make a distinction between the holy and the common, and between the unclean and the clean.’

The Body of Christ is coming into a new and living way, which our current path of self death and severe purging has prepared us for. It is now time to pass through those last barriers and to be found in Him. We will each obtain profound understandings that we longed to walk in but were unable to in our previous condition. But now, the Grace is given to move into the deep, deep truths that will launch us forwards into fulfilling our high call.

The current apostolic reformation has only begun. God is maturing and positioning apostles to set the church in order and to wisely distribute His authority until every last follower is walking in maturity and power. Then the creation itself can be restored to its perfect state through the sons of God.

My Beloved:

My beauty is being released in this hour. Mantles of favor and beauty are beginning to fall upon my people. You ask why beauty, you would say, I can understand favor. But why beauty? I am a God of beauty, my creation is beautiful and drawn to beauty. In this hour you shall see my glory. My glory is beautiful, it is attractive and wooing to the lost. This is an hour unlike any before it’s time.

A time to ponder and tarry in prayer. Position your self upon your knees and lay before me to seek my face. Although you would look around you and you feel the “cards” are in the enemies hand, you must remember I “own the house, and the house is on your side”. Things may look grim globally and the very ground you walk upon seems unsteady and unsure, but remember that you don’t trust in horses or chariots, but you trust in the name of the Lord.

I will have my purposes come to pass and I will use you in this hour to display my glory, my beauty and my favor. Get ready, and position yourselves before my throne face down, for I have much to share with you. I have much to impart to you in this hour.

For I would further say to you that this is the hour of my open heaven. This is a season of a window of heaven being opened and I am purposefully and intentionally mantling you anew for this hour and season. Again, I would say to you, position yourselves that you may receive what I have in store for you. These mantles will not only sustain you for the years ahead, but will release those who are captive, and lost. Come unto me for I am lowly of spirit, and I am gentle with my beloved one’s. You have a savior who adores you and who longs to adorn you with his heavenly treasures, gifts and impeccable character.

Watchman it is time to get up out of your slumber. It is a time to wake up for the alarm clock has sounded and you must rise early. You will hear the call of the geese as they pass over your land for they call out for the intercession that will be needed in the days ahead. Many are being called in this hour to prayer. Many. Will you answer the call, or will you stay in your slumbering state? Awake O sleeper and rise to the occasion. I have sent my precious Holy Spirit upon you preparing you for this hour. As the redwoods have been burned out and all that remains is the shell, so is it that I have burned out your flesh so that I could have a place to rest within you. I have prepared a place for my presence to dwell within you. Arise My loves, my fair ones and come and dine with me. For I have so many things that are upon my heart that need your intercession. Come, I say come while it’s early and join me in intercession before our Father.

Isa 58:10-12, “And if you pour out that with which you sustain your own life for the hungry and satisfy the need of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in darkness, and your obscurity and gloom become like the noonday. And the Lord shall guide you continually and satisfy you in drought and in dry places and make strong your bones. And you shall be like a watered garden and like a spring of water whose waters fail not. And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of buildings that have laid waste for many generations, and you shall be called Repairer of the breach. Restorer of streets to dwell in.”

Rise up mighty intercessors!

Go in peace. I have it all in hand. Be not distressed. I AM.

Now rejoice in the Lord your God. Truly the time for rejoicing has come. We have crossed a threshold, entered a new era, having come a long way to this point. The new has begun. See it, sense it in the Spirit. Relax and rejoice.

Oh, my soul, rejoice! How many times have you sung that? Now is the time to release that joy. When the world is mourning its losses, let the people of God release and express their joy, which is resident on the inside of them, a joy no one can take away. I say, let joy be released!

I am mindful the world’s eyes are on South Africa at this time with the football World Cup.  The reality is God is highlighting South Africa because it is on His heart.  Eighteen months ago the Lord spoke to me some things He is doing and wanting to do in this nation.  At different times since, He has also shown me His heart.  As a prophet, there are times to be quiet and watch, and then there is time to speak.  The time to speak and to share what the Lord has shown is now.

I have a particularly strong alert and concern for South Africa.  This is what the Lord shared with me concerning South Africa:

You are a nation of leaders, leaders of many ages - old and young.  Now is the time for key leaders in Government and in the church to arise, both male and female, young and old!!  It is time to take a stand!  To take a stand for justice against the injustice taking place in many African countries!  The Lord showed me Zimbabwe: leaders must speak up at this time and confront the evil taking place in this nation of Zimbabwe.  It is time to arise, to speak, to raise a cry of injustice, injustice, injustice!!  Now is the time, do not hold back, do not sit back, make a stand, make a stand now!

I sense a real alert, that if they do not, there will be repercussions for South Africa.  Some of what is happening in Zimbabwe will come on South Africa, there will be renewed unrest, lawlessness will increase, there will be an increase of famine, hardship and pestilence that will hit like never before.  It is not a time to tarry, but a time to rise up.  The Lord says come away from your former shame, this is not who you are as a nation now!  You are to forerun, to go ahead, to be instruments of change in Africa, to be ones that other nations will look to lead the way forward.

The Lord says to South Africa and to its leaders:

Isaiah 53: 2-8

2 - Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings, Do not spare; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes.
3 - For you shall expand to the right and to the left, And your descendants will inherit the nations, And make the desolate cities inhabited.
4 - Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; Neither be disgraced for you will not be put to shame; For you will forget the shame of your youth, And will not remember the reproach of  your widowhood anymore.
5 - For  your maker is your husband,The Lord of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth.
6 - For the Lord has called  you like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, Like a youthful wife when you were refused,” Says your God.
7 - For a mere moment I have forsaken you, but with great mercies I will gather you.
8 - With a little wrath I hid My face from you for a moment; But with everlasting kindness I will have mercy on  you” Says the Lord, your Redeemer.

Again, now is the time to come away from your former shame.

South Africa, arise from the ashes, arise from the ashes, arise from the ashes!!!  Arise, Arise, Arise!!!  Take your stand as a forerunning nation, break through the hardship, poverty, and class divisions.

Apostles of South Africa come out of the dust, out of your hardship, out of the constraints put upon you because of race.  Break out! Break out! Break out!!!

Prophets of South Africa it is time to speak, time to declare truth, time to be in position to arise to your call and destiny.  Don’t hold back.  I come against all lies of the enemy that says you are less than.  Lord send your living water on a dry and thirsty land, on a dry and thirsty people, who need your sustenance, who need your life giving power.  You are a nation where bloodshed and injustice ruled and it is now time to take your place as a leading African nation.  It is time to fight for justice, to speak justice - to those who do not have a voice - as you did not have a voice.

Speak out justice - time for justice for other African nations who need a voice where they are unable to speak.  Arise out of your shame, time to come out of your shame.  Lord move by your Holy Spirit - move your breath upon the dust and bring that which is dead to life.

Ezekiel 37:4-6

Again He said to me, ‘Prophesy to these bones, and say to them,  ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! Thus says the Lord God to these bones:

“SURELY I WILL CAUSE BREATH TO ENTER INTO YOU, AND YOU SHALL LIVE.  I WILL PUT SINEWS ON YOU AND BRING FLESH UPON YOU, COVER YOU WITH SKIN AND PUT  BREATH IN YOU; AND YOU SHALL LIVE.
THEN YOU SHALL KNOW THAT I AM THE LORD.’’

Lord I declare these words over South Africa!!!

There are many apostles and ones holding leadership positions who are sitting on the fence.  Now is the time to get off the fence and speak.  Do not be silent, speak!!  The Lord is going to expand many leaders into uncomfortable places, a place that is vulnerable and unknown which will require great faith.  It is a time of faith, to step out of the boat and onto the water.  The Lord will be with you, He will lead you and guide you.

For some apostles in South Africa there is coming a time when your leadership will bring a challenge to the status quo and will place many people in uncomfortable situations.  It is time to stir up ones who hold positions of authority who have sat back and allowed evil to take place, who have agreed with compromise, who have not wanted to rock the boat. Now is not the time to be complacent.

It is time to take off old thinking, old mindsets, for the Lord wants to increase your vision, He wants to open up opportunities and divine encounters that will bring about radical changes of direction for many.

There are apostles who now need to arise and come into key positions of governance both in this nation and also in local areas of influence.  Now is the time to influence.  You are positioned to influence, to bring change for the better to bring renewed righteousness where sin has abounded.

The enemy will be ruthless but take heart, you are serving the King of Kings.  He will anoint you, He will enable you.  You will see Him move on your behalf.  You will see divine encounters, divine miracles taking place before your eyes.  You will see God rescue you from great danger, you will see Him come and intervene so His purposes can be outworked in South Africa and other African nations.

It is time for the women of South Africa to arise.  I see young women even now quietly being voices of influence, working away often unnoticed.  They are confronting the corruption and lawlessness that is ripping people off and holding them in poverty and in great bondage.  They are confronting issues of abuse of children, abuse of women and injustice where these abuses are hidden and justice is not being served.  Be encouraged, the Lord is with you.

The Lord is wanting to bring a divine coming together of the women of America, Australasia (Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands) and South Africa.  The Lord is highlighting you women and there is something He is wanting to do to bring us together.  There is something about us arising together.

Lord I see what you want to do so Lord I ask that you will fulfil all you plan and purpose for this to come about.  Position us ready for the call to come together.  Prepare the hearts of those you want to stand together to be an active part of your army of women that you are raising up at this time.

South Africa, you are a nation that will shine brightly as an example to other nations.  You are vibrant, full of colour, full of the joy of the Lord.  This is infectious and will impact and bring other nations which have known great sorrow to come to a place of great joy.

So speak up, speak up, speak up!!!!

I felt that God wanted to give a warning to those who have an ear to hear what the Spirit of God is saying in regard to the Sabbath rest. Apostle Lynne Hamilton got instructions from the Lord that we, as an Apostolic Prophetic Forerunning church needed to implement the Sabbath rest: from sunset Friday (approximately 5.30pm) to sunset Saturday (approximately 5.30pm).  Following/obeying the 4th Commandment (as you could imagine) provided all sorts of challenges for us corporately as a church, and personally as a couple.

My husband Jesse and I had many adjustments we needed to make. As we knew this was Gods command we began to obey what was required of us. We both had to adjust our work with employers. As a musician Jesse found this difficult at first but we knew God was adamant about this. Gigs booked from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset he could not do. This did take a while to turn around and God in His grace, kindness and mercy allowed this for him. Due to previously booked gigs the band had to keep their word to do these, but it got to a certain point when God was requiring complete obedience in this. Jesse also has a job in the tourism trade, it also was a challenge, but as we made the adjustments God gave us favor throughout it all. This continually challenges us in our work and we as a couple need to keep on saying no to any paid work on the Sabbath.

As we have done this we have found how tired we really were and that God clearly is insisting on this sabbatical rest. This really is such a blessing to us and we are finding God is recharging our batteries. It is also making us realize how important this 4th Commandment is - Exodus 20:8. It is also giving us the endurance and sustainability for the future. He is so faithful to refresh us and keep us on track, this providing something of a safety net for us.

Mostly, though for us, obedience is the key and we then find that by Gods grace we are able to endure and accomplish all that’s required of us. 2010 is a year of trial and testing. Do we follow His commandments or not? This is the question we must ask ourselves?

For I the Lord  am the Lord of the Sabbath, and I will fill you and refresh you as you come away from the things that take you away from Me says the Lord, as I am a jealous God and I  require this of you. Come to Me and I will give you rest for your soul and if you come I will fill you with a refreshing of My Spirit that will sustain you and keep you safe for what is coming ahead.

Obedience moves My hand and I will teach you to hear My voice of understanding. Walk in the fear of My word, who I am, and My commands. If you love Me, you will keep My commandments and you will come in and enter My rest.

Come away from your burdens and your work load, for I will give you rest from your anxieties, stress, tiredness and busyness. My son and daughter, I long for you to make this time holy and give your time and communion to Me say’s God, as this will be a safety net for you and a safe place of strengthening, healing and love. I will bring the fullness of My promises for you and to you.

I warn you of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, dwell in My presence and worship Me. I will part the seas of anxiety, stress and tiredness and strengthen and prepare you for what lies ahead. I will release to you life, and life abundantly, and healing to your soul.

Do not concern yourself with tomorrow for I am tomorrow, and I will take care of all your concerns and cares. When you are weak I am strong in you. Weakness is a conduit to My strength and My ways. I the Lord will do it as you come deeper into obedience and love for Me.  For I am bringing you into a safe place. A place where you can cease from the cares and worries of this world .

Come to Me, be with Me, rest in Me - I love you and I care for you.

I am reshaping My church and I am testing My bride. Will she remain faithful when all that is familiar is stripped away? I have trained your arms for battle, I have trained your fingers for war. Take up the weapons that I have given you and prepare. The breakthrough is to be found in the midst of the battle. Not in the the fighting but in the rest you find in me. For I have prepared a table for you in the midst of your enemy. No longer can you focus on your perceived lack or upon the Hordes of hell, but you must train your eyes to remain on the Captain of Hosts.

“Are you ready to be My disciple?” I hear the Lord say.
“Are you ready to be My disciple?”
“Are you truly ready to be My disciple?”

The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and as we come into this revelation more this year, we will be able to be disciplined and follow the Lords directions more precisely. As we are faithful in doing what He has asked us to do, it will bring a greater thrust and empowerment to ourselves personally and the body of Jesus Christ.

Many people fall away at this point as it all seems too hard. Jesus had this happen to Him a lot, it was a constant occurrence to Him. A lot of Christians these days think they are following Jesus, or are they?

Luke 14:26 clearly states, “If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple, And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be my disciple.

These my friends are fighting words, but we either have to believe these words or not believe. It’s that simple, yet so very complex.

I felt to look up the meaning of the word hate as it really does seem a hard word to take, especially when it’s your own loved family. This I believe is only when family sons and daughters come against our faith in Jesus Christ, and then the problems begin, and we will have to choose between them or Jesus. We can still love them but we hate the anti-Christ behavior, and that’s when we must walk away, and when we love them that’s a very hard thing to do- heart wrenching for us.

Hate in the Australian Oxford dictionary means - Dislike intensely; be reluctant (to do something).

Hate from Strong’s Dictionary in Hebrew is satam- saw-tam - a prime root to lurk for, i.e. persecute- Hate, oppose self against.
Sane- saw-nay prime root; to hate (personally) enemy, foe.

In the Greek- miseo-mis-eh-‘o; from the primary miss (hatred); to detest (especially to persecute); to love less.

I believe to be a disciple it’s to do with our whole lifestyle, and how people influence us and how we respond. How are we treating people? Are our attitudes respecting towards each other? We need to ask ourselves, “Are we drinking too much? Are we spending more time with others instead of Jesus? Are there things in our life that are taking the place of Jesus? Are we enjoying and loving/lusting after people and other things more than going to Him and to be with Him?”

If we truly want to be free indeed, we need to feel comfortable in being discipled by Jesus, as those He loves He disciplines. I know if we, as His disciples, can keep on moving towards the disciplines of Christ, changing into His image more and more each day, we certainly will be free indeed. This also brings a protection around us.

In John 8:31 Jesus was talking to the Jews who believed Him (who believed they knew it all), Jesus said to them, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed, and you shall know the Truth and the truth shall make you free”.

. So how can we be free? I ask ?
. By the Truth.
. And who is going to bring this Truth?
. By being discipled.

I love that Jack Nicolson movie “A Few Good Men”, when Tom Cruise said, “I want the truth” and then when Jack Nicolson said to Tom Cruise “You can’t handle the Truth”. Can we handle the truth about ourselves and what needs to change? Or will we be one of those ones that Jesus was constantly surrounded by? They then had to walk away because they didn’t feel they could give up their old ways and thoughts and continue to follow and be His disciple.

You see most of us think we are not in bondage with our sin, we think we are in control of it but we are really not. It takes guts, courage and humility to hear the truth about us.

Can we hear the truth about us?

Jesus then goes on to answer them in verse 34, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.

Wow Jesus was so onto it wasn’t He. He really has just spelt it out, so if we continue in our sin, He has said ahead of time we cannot stay/ abide in His house forever, but a son who loves Him and is His disciple abides forever. Now that’s being free indeed.

So you see He knew it was going to be hard for us to choose. It is no surprise to Him. Of course He will never go against our will. He doesn’t jump up and down and say you can’t do this or that or else, He doesn’t get angry with us and throws His authority around, He just let’s us choose for ourselves, and wait’s for us .

Wow, what a loving, kind, forgiving God we think we serve and say ‘No’ to.

Are you going to be My disciple?

As a prophet, and a watchman for this nation of Australia, I declare a ‘high alert, code red,’ and a sounding of alarm bells like I’ve never heard before.  Australia is in danger for we have grieved the heart of God.  Those with eyes to see will know we have crossed a line as of midnight 2010.  Doors of darkness have been released over Sydney particularly,  but its impact and consequences will flow over the rest of Australia.

The last day of 2009 I was unsettled in my spirit, I had a sense of something changing, and a feeling of foreboding.  I thought it was just me, but I knew deep down the Lord was going to show some things.

Every year since 2000 I have watched the fireworks at Sydney on television as I knew there was always something significant happening on this night.  Every year there has been a ‘sign’ on the harbour bridge which was like a declaration over Sydney and Australia.  For example, some of the signs in the past have been love, peace, a dove, and eternity.  It is like the Lord speaking through these signs, hence why I was interested in what the Lord was showing.  However this year’s fireworks was different.  The Lord was silent.  It was like His hand had been removed.  I was ‘Lord, what have I done wrong that I have grieved your heart?  I quietly sought the Lord from a place of ’search my heart O God and see if there be any offensive way in me’.  Again the Lord was quiet.  I thought I’d watch the fireworks, and maybe there was something in this that would show me what was wrong.  I did not have the anticipation that I had previous years.  I was reluctant to put the television on yet I knew something would be revealed.  Little did I know what was going to be revealed and released.

The evening was titled ‘Awaken the spirit’.  Emblazoned on the harbour bridge at various times was the yin yang, the ring of fire and the blue moon symbols.  The Aborigines also held an indigenous smoking ceremony by the pylons under the Harbour Bridge.  This was to  cleanse the exclusion  zone where the fireworks were held of ‘negative spirits‘.  There were still and video projections on the eastern faces of the North and South pylons saying ‘Awaken the spirit’ of the 12 languages of the leading nations with the most population in Sydney.  This was done to ‘emphasise the sense of community, acceptance and unity for the event‘.  These twelve languages represented where ‘awaken the spirit’ was emblazoned included English, Gadigal, Arabic, Cantonese, French, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, Dutch, Vietnamese, and Swahili.

It appears ‘right’ for it encourages the cultures of these people, however, a line was crossed, for we were not only embracing these people but we were saying ‘awaken the spirit’ of the culture of these nations.  We were not only acknowledging these nations but also the religious gods that they serve.  We have invoked spirits of worship of the dead.  The question we need to ask is which spirit are we awakening?  Which spirits of these nations were we invoking?

It was not the Holy Spirit, that is for sure!!! Clearly what was awakened had to have been asleep, in other word, lying dormant for the right time to come to life.

In the programme it said that ‘An Acknowledgment to Country’ will take place on the harbour to show our respect to the local Gadigal nation and all First Nations people, where the custodians ‘call up’  the first reveal of the Bridge Effect with a series of fireworks firings.  It is interesting to note that the fireworks went for 12 minutes and there were 12 nations and their languages shown that night.  12 is the number of government.  Government is about rulership, leadership, authority and positioning and this night a false government was set up.

This night this nation invoked the false gods and false religions of these nations and called down their deities.  The result is a ‘wrong government’, rulership, authority positioning which has been brought forth.  The door of evil has been released over Australia and it has happened on our watch!!!  This is not my opinion, this happened as we ushered in a new year and a new decade.

Why am I writing this?  This was the saddest and gravest day for this nation as there will be serious consequences to what occurred this night. I am grieved of heart, for I know we have opened a door for evil to be released.

What happened is an abomination in God’s sight!!  He is grieved by the actions that took place, but He is more grieved for this nation as it will not stay a blessed nation.

This night the Lordship of Jesus Christ was challenged.  There was a contending and warring in the spirit of the rulership of this nation.  There was a contending in the spirit this night over who has ownership of this nation.  This will manifest itself in the natural as ‘tribal fighting’ , fighting will rise up between the young people of these nations as they fight for positions of power and authority on the streets.  There will be blood shed on the streets of Sydney as never seen before.  This nation has been a blessed nation, but it is no longer God’s land.  It has been taken over by dark forces of evil, and the enemy will manifest in ways that are vicious.  The fighting will be so vicious that many lives will be lost.

We have come in agreement with lies of the enemy.  There has been and will continue to appear to be a unity, but it is a false unity.  There has been a joining of hands in the spirit, as these false religions, idolatrous practices and falsehood have linked together to set up a strong hold of false peace.  We are in a time when it appears there is ‘peace, peace when there is no peace‘.  Underneath the peace is a simmering cesspool of evil being stirred up, the intention is to bring division, warring factions and great distress and disruption never seen before.  This will cause a ripple effect, starting in Sydney, moving out, impacting and affecting every facet of life as we have known it in Australia.  There will be economic repercussions as word gets out that Australia is no longer a safe place and this will affect all tourism, hospitality, retail and every area of trade.  We have become puffed up in pride as we are the only nation to have not been affected by the global economic crisis.  We  have not seen that this was the blessing of God, that it was by His hand that He put in right leaders in Government in previous years that placed Australia in a strong position to withstand the world economic crisis. However, this will change!!!  The Lord will use other ways to bring this nation to its knees, and more importantly, to bring Australia back to the Lord and His ways.

Jeremiah 10: 6 -16

6. Inasmuch as there is none like You, O Lord, (You are great, and Your name is great          in might),
7. Who would not fear You, O King of the nations?  For this is your rightful due. For among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like You.
8. But they are altogether dull-hearted and foolish; A wooden idol is a worthless doctrine.
9. Silver is beaten into plates; it is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the craftsman and of the hands of the metalsmith; Blue and purple are their clothing:; They are all the work of skilful men.
10. But the Lord is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King, At His wrath the earth will tremble, And the nations will not be able to endure His indignation.
11. Thus shall you say to them: “The gods that have made the heavens and the earth shall perish from the earth and from under these heavens.”
12. He has made the earth by His power. He has established the world by His wisdom,and has stretched out the heavens at His discretion.
13. When He mutters His voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens: “And He causes the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, He brings the wind out of His treasuries.”
14. Everyone is dull-hearted, without knowledge; Every metal smith is put to shame by an image; For his moulded image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.
15. They are futile, a work of errors; in the time of their punishment they shall perish.
16.  The portion of Jacob is not like them, for He is the Maker of all things, and Israel is the tribe of His inheritance; the LORD of Hosts is His name.

Australia has known God’s grace and mercy, He has withheld His judgment but this time of blessing is coming to a close IF the church does not wake up, take a stand, speak for TRUTH and confront the evil that has been released over this nation.

Now is the time to act, we dare not stay in our place of complacency, and ‘she’ll be right mate’ for she will no longer be right, the nature and fabric of the unique way this nation has evolved will be changed forever if we do not rise up and stand for righteousness and for what is right and true!!!  It is up to us.  We can no longer remain quiet and accept this false sense of ‘peace’ for it is a false comfort, a false way of being and living and if we do not make a stand the consequences will be devastating. It will change the ‘very fabric’ of this nation.  This is the Lord’s word, not mine.

What is happening does not surprise God.  It is part of His plan for this nation, however, He is looking for a people who are His, who will stand in the gap and repent and pray that what the enemy has planned will not come to pass.

We, the church of Australia, cannot stay apathetic and complacent, it is time to rise up.  This is not a time to be dull-hearted, but to be stirred into action, to declare this nation belongs to the Lord, to declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over Australia and every plan and tactic of the enemy will fail.

The Lord is issuing a challenge at this time, whether we will stand by and see this nation taken over by demonic forces or rise up and fight, fight for truth, speaking and declaring the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

This is a warning, I sense warning, warning, warning!!!

Are we going to stay asleep on our watch?  Are we going to stand by and see this nation being taken over by these demonic forces?  Are we going to rise up and fight, fight for the Lordship of Jesus Christ to have His rightful place as King of Kings and Lord of Lords over this nation.

We need to cry out to the Lord for His forgiveness where we have allowed this evil to come and take a false authority position over Australia.  We need His mercy  - Lord have mercy on this land, upon the people of this nation.  Lord withhold your hand of judgment.  Forgive us for our complacency, our apathy, where we have become dull-hearted and sat back and allowed these evil powers to reign.

Lord we come against every false peace, where there has been a false unity, a false joining of hands and where false religions have been exalted.

Lord I cry out to you for mercy, have mercy upon us, I pray!!

Since the beginning of the year, I have been persistent after the Holy Spirit, and I find that it is only fleeting moments that I could really say that I connected with Him. With all the distractions there are in life, (some necessary but most not),  I find each time I do find Him though, I am so overwhelmed by His love and peace that fills me and sweeps around me, which then fills me with a deep inner joy that is unexplainable and so amazing, so desirable.

As I was in this state I could hear in the background phones ringing, first the mobile then the home phone, then the mind stuff saying you should be doing this or doing that, oh I should be going to gym now, etc….. but as an amazing songwriter friend of mine puts it in a line in a song of his……… TURN THE WORLD DOWN!

I realise how much time I don’t give to my Precious Friend and Helper, the Lover of me and my soul, the Holy Spirit, who is waiting at every moment and turn in time to come to me when I call. I just know in this time in my life I must be in fellowship and in love with the Holy Spirit more than ever before. I have just got to have Him……. which brings me to a song that the Holy Spirit told me whispering in my ear…..
